Encode data into ROT13
ROT13 Encoder
ROT13 Encoder is a useful tool that helps you encode data into ROT13.
Rotary Encryption uses a substitution cipher technique. In rotary encryption, plaintext letters are replaced with randomly chosen substitute letters. Each letter appears once per round, and every possible combination of letters is used exactly once. This makes it difficult to break into the message since there are many ways to encrypt the same message. However, it does mean that any intercepted message must be decrypted multiple times before it can be read.
The ROT13 encoder takes input text and converts it into a stream of encrypted characters using the rotary substitution method. When decrypted, these characters will appear random but still retain some resemblance to the original text.
